Suspect:      1.   Timothy Hamburg, Male, 49 yoa, Tomah 

Charge(s):
- Child Enticement  948.07, Class D Felony
- Causing a child to Expose genitals, 948.10, Class A Misdemeanor
- Sexual assault of a child by a person who works or volunteers with children.  948.095,  Class H Felony
- Sexual Exploitation of a child, 948.05, Class F Felony 

Summary of Incident:
On April 12, 2010 the Tomah Police Department became aware of and began an investigation based upon information provided to them by a 17 year old female victim.  The victim alleged that the suspect, Timothy Hamburg, 49 years of age, took pictures of her unclothed body.  During the investigation it was determined that the digital pictures were later transmitted to another subject.

This incident occurred while the victim was attending courses at the Hamburg Martial Arts in the City of Tomah.

Hamburg has been arrested by the Tomah Police Department.  Hamburg was transported to the Monroe County jail.  Reports have been forwarded to the Monroe County District Attorneys office requesting that he be charged with Child Enticement,  a  Class D Felony, Causing a child to Expose genitals, a Class A Misdemeanor.  Sexual assault of a child by a person who works or volunteers with children, a  Class H Felony, and Sexual Exploitation of a child a Class F Felony.
