Charges: Shari Baumgarten was cited for Fail to Yield Right of Way
Summary of Incident:
On 3-23-10 at approximately 7:50am, the Tomah Police Department, the
Tomah Area Ambulance Service and the Tomah Fire Department were
dispatched to a motor vehicle crash with possible injuries, on the
frontage road next to the Tomah Area Credit Union. An investigation was
completed on-scene and as a result, it was determined that Shari
Baumgarten had failed to yield the right of way to the vehicle being
driven by Darlene Knudson. Shari was cited for this offense.
None of the injuries from the accident resulted in being transported to
the hospital.
**Updated Information**
Shari Baumgarten is forty-one years old and Darlene Knudson is seventy
years old and both are from the Tomah area.
